If this is your first order for a MyGym hosting, we'll contact you to discuss the details of your hosting, like the domain name you would like to use (e.g. my-club.mygym-web.ch). Your MyGym website will be online within the next week.
You can renew or upgrade your current hosting by purchasing a new subscription. The renewal cost is automatically adjusted: you get a discount equivalent to the cost of the remaining days of your current subscription. Due to the transaction costs, you can only renew or change your subscription if the invoice amount is at least CHF8.00. The renewal of your current subscription is possible starting 90 days before it expires.
The yearly hosting is not renewed automatically. This means that your credit card will not be automatically charged when the hosting expires. Your members may continue to visit the site for 10 days after the deadline, but its content can not be changed after the deadline.
The documents management tool is a complement to the MyGym hosting subscription. It allows you to share files with your members via your MyGym website.
